DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within two (2) to three (3) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Available shipping options include:

USPS Ground (Standard Shipping)
• Cost: $6.00 – $19.95 USD (varies by location and package weight)
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment

USPS Priority Shipping
• Cost: $9.00 – $19.95 USD
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment

We do not currently offer overnight or expedited shipping beyond the options listed above.

Shipment Destinations

i am Pink Grace LLC ships to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

i am Pink Grace LLC is not liable for products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping once the carrier has taken possession of the package.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved
