Refund Policy

We take great care to accurately describe and photograph all products. Please review all product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original, unaltered packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Return requests submitted after the 14-day return window will not be accepted.

Klarna Orders

Orders placed using Klarna are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. Any approved return for a Klarna order will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s refund policies and issued to the original payment method only.

Non-Returnable Items

All sales are considered final after the 14-day return period. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges outside of this timeframe.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Clear photos showing the damage or issue

• Your order number

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
